01 What happens in the 90-day install?
Days 1–30: I install the meeting cadence, your scorecard, and the intake dashboard. Days 31–60: lead-gen engine (GBP, local SEO, content channel), site CRO, and AI-powered speed-to-lead automation. Days 61–90: CRM workflows, review-request automation, and handoff. By Day 90, the system runs without me babysitting it.
02 How is Spartan different from a marketing agency?
Agencies bill hours, rotate account managers, and leave nothing behind when fired. I install a system that runs whether I'm here or not. You don't rent results from me — you own them.
03 Will you run our paid ads?
No. I don't run paid ads. I install the operating system that makes your existing ad spend convert harder. If you don't have ad spend yet, that's fine — most of the lift comes from intake conversion, not more leads.
04 Do you work with law firms outside of personal injury?
Phase 1 is PI only. I'll accept estate planning or small general practice firms as warm referrals when there's a good fit, but my playbooks are built for PI.
